A Little About Me
My name is Angus (A.J.) Stevens. I was born in Garden Village near Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, and spent much of my early life in the Sault area. Those experiences taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, self-reliance, and helping others.
As a veteran of the Vietnam War era, I gained a deep appreciation for the challenges people face and the importance of maintaining hope, purpose, and resilience during difficult times.
Now retired, I share what I have learned through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Timeline Therapy®-based personal development techniques. My goal is to help people increase their self-awareness, better understand their thought patterns, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
I received NLP and Timeline Therapy® training through programs taught by Marlyn Atkinson and Tad James at BC NLP in Vancouver.
Over the years, I developed the NLP Timeline Program, a personal growth and self-reflection program designed to help individuals explore past experiences, gain new perspectives, and identify goals for the future.
I believe everyone has the ability to learn, grow, and make positive changes. My mission is to provide practical guidance, encouragement, and personal development tools to those seeking greater confidence, balance, and direction in life.
